TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SAS Interiors website and the engagement of our interior design and fit-out services. By accessing our website or entering into a project agreement with SAS Interiors, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and refrain from engaging our services.

SAS Interiors provides bespoke interior design and fit-out services across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Our offerings include, but are not limited to:

• Interior design consultation and concept development
• Space planning and 3D visualization
• Custom TV walls and feature wall design
• Accent walls and decorative wall treatments
• Executive and corporate space design
• Custom furniture selection and procurement
• Full residential and commercial interior transformations
• Material sourcing and installation management

The specific scope of services is defined and agreed upon in a signed project agreement prior to commencement of work.

All projects are formalized through a signed project agreement that outlines the scope of work, design deliverables, project timeline, payment schedule, and any special conditions relevant to the engagement.

No design work, material procurement, or installation activities will commence without a signed project agreement and receipt of the required initial deposit. The project agreement constitutes the binding contract between the client and SAS Interiors and supersedes any prior verbal or informal discussions.

All project quotations are provided in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of the agreed materials and labor unless explicitly noted as separate items.

Payment terms are structured as follows and outlined in the project agreement:

• An initial deposit (30%–50%) is due upon project confirmation to secure your slot and initiate the design process.
• A milestone payment may be required upon design approval and commencement of material procurement.
• The final balance is due upon project completion and client handover.

Late payments will incur an administrative charge of 2% per month on the outstanding balance from the due date. SAS Interiors reserves the right to pause project work in the event of non-payment until outstanding amounts are settled.

All design concepts, drawings, 3D renderings, mood boards, specifications, and creative work produced by SAS Interiors remain the intellectual property of SAS Interiors until all agreed payments have been received in full.

Upon receipt of final payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the completed designs solely for the purposes of the specified project. Clients may not reproduce, share, or repurpose SAS Interiors design work for other projects or commercial purposes without prior written consent.

SAS Interiors reserves the right to use images and documentation of completed projects for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless the client has expressly requested otherwise in writing.

To ensure the successful and timely delivery of your project, clients agree to the following responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding the project site, room dimensions, existing fixtures, and any structural constraints.
• Ensure the project site is accessible on agreed installation and survey dates.
• Obtain any permits, approvals, or consents required for the project from the relevant authorities or building management.
• Review and approve design concepts, material selections, and change requests within the agreed timelines to avoid project delays.
• Designate a single point of contact to facilitate communication and approvals throughout the project.

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, SAS Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or from the provision of our services, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption.

In all cases, the total liability of SAS Interiors arising from or related to a specific project shall not exceed the total value of the project agreement for that project.

This limitation of liability does not apply in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or where prohibited by applicable law.

SAS Interiors warrants that all work will be carried out with reasonable skill and care, using materials of the agreed specification and quality standard. Our team stands behind the craftsmanship and materials used in every project.

A quality assurance warranty covers all SAS Interiors installations, the scope and duration of which are specified in your project agreement. The warranty covers defects in workmanship and material failures under normal use conditions. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Either party may request termination of a project agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Termination is subject to the cancellation and returns terms outlined in our Returns & Terms policy, which form part of the overall agreement.

SAS Interiors reserves the right to suspend or terminate services without liability in the following circumstances:

• Non-payment of any amount due beyond 14 days from the invoice date.
• Material breach of these Terms and Conditions by the client that has not been remedied within 7 days of written notice.
• Circumstances that make it unsafe or impractical to continue work at the project site.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms, or to any project agreement entered into with SAS Interiors, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
